These Terms of Service govern your use of In Limine, a product of Crème Mind AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a law firm or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
In Limine is an AI-powered client intake tool designed for attorneys and law firms. It conducts intake conversations with prospective clients on your behalf, scores urgency, and delivers structured summaries to your inbox and dashboard.
In Limine is a technology tool. It is not a legal services provider. It does not provide legal advice, form attorney-client relationships, or take any action on behalf of your firm without your review and authorization.
You, as the licensed attorney using In Limine, remain solely responsible for:
In Limine is a tool, not a substitute for attorney judgment.
Completion of an intake conversation via In Limine does not create an attorney-client relationship between the prospective client and your firm. In Limine displays this disclosure to every prospective client at the start of every intake. You are responsible for ensuring that your firm's engagement process clearly reflects this.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share credentials across multiple law firms or use one account to serve clients of multiple unaffiliated firms.
In Limine offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Your subscription begins after the 30-day free trial period ends and your payment method is charged on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Annual plans are not refundable except in cases of our material breach.
You are the data controller. We are the data processor. Intake data collected through your account belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the service described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
You acknowledge that intake conversations involve sensitive personal information shared by prospective clients. You agree to handle this data in accordance with applicable law and your professional obligations.
You may not use In Limine to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crème Mind AI LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of In Limine is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost clients, or bar discipline arising from your use of the service.
In Limine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. You use the service at your own professional risk.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
